Bring CHEA to Your Jurisdiction or Organization

CHEA, administered by Non-Profit Construction Corporation, is available to present our program framework directly to city councils, county boards, housing authorities, non-profit boards, and community groups. Whether you are exploring a formal program engagement or want to understand how factory-built housing can work in your community, we welcome the conversation.

Program Consultation

A focused one-on-one session with CHEA staff to evaluate your jurisdiction's housing needs, site conditions, and program fit. Typically 60–90 minutes.

Board or Council Presentation

A formal presentation to elected officials, board members, or executive leadership covering CHEA's program model, legislative context, and community outcomes.

Community Information Session

A public-facing presentation for residents, community organizations, or stakeholder groups on homeownership pathways and program access.
